Acrobalance combines acrobatics and the art of balancing with and on other people. Using elements of yoga, pilates, acrobatics and hand balancing you will work in pairs or small teams to achieve partner lifts, holds and poses with a base and a flyer. This playful fun, sociable workshop will teach you a small selection of vertical and horizontal tricks that will guarantee to wow your family and friends. No experience necessary.

WEAR: Comfortable clothes: think yoga-wear.
BRING: Water: this is thirsty work!
